  • Non-Functional Products: If your product does not function as described or is faulty upon arrival, please report the issue within 3 days. A refund will be issued only if the product is confirmed to be non-operational.
• No Refunds for Functional Products: If the product is in working condition as described, no refunds will be provided, even if you are unsatisfied with the product.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Please allow 12 days for your order to arrive.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location. Shipping to the United States is always $4.95.
